Cserve Corporate Services is recruiting a Foreman to Maputo.

Requirements:

• Any graduate: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive option) / Grade test. Degree will be an added advantage;
• 10-15 years hands-on experience in auto workshop;
• Must have previously held a position as a Foreman;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook and diagnostic software;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken & written).

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for work allocation and workflow in the workshop, including scheduling work and allocating manpower for day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate resources, schedules (operational and human) and activities to effectively manage the workshop;
• Ensure that all vehicles are serviced to company standards and that proactive planned maintenance is carried out on an ongoing basis;
• Ensure operational safety;
• Improve same-day delivery of workshop vehicles.
