Full-time HR Admin/ Data Analyst

Lancet Laboratórios Moçambique pretende contratar um HR Admin/ Data Analyst para Maputo.
key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Personal Assistant to the General Manager by providing high quality, proactive support to the GM;
- Provide logistical support regarding the Recruitment and Selection process, Terminations, Leave Management, Death and Funeral benefit applications to ensure efficiency and proper application of the all relevant HR Policies and Procedures;
- Maintain a secure and safe record-keeping of documents and Employee Personnel Files to ensure complete accuracy, confidentiality and;
- Updating of staff files and Professional Licencing of Techs and Nursing staff;
- Acknowledgement of documents on Collaborator monitoring and pull out reports on regular basis;
- Conducting new staff member orientation (issue HR Forms, Inductions, Facility guidance);
- Provide a high standard of customer service to both internal and external;
- Assist with the Supervision of the Cleaner/Cleaning Company staff;
- Analysing high volumes of information to assist business in gaining a competitive edge and ability to present findings in a way allowing Management and other Team Members to absorb and implement solutions (e.g. Pre -Analytical Errors, staff attendance).

- Systems.
Decisions And Judgements:
- The job holder generally operates within a clear set of rules and operating procedures and has limited decision making authority.
Challenging Demands Of The Job:
- The typical demands of this job, that are outside of direct control of the post holder, are the following:
- The job is physically demanding;
- Receiving and following instructions from various role-players and following instructions from various HODS/GM;
- Challenging and demanding deadlines/timelines (Pre-Analytical Reporting & Time, Attendance Reports and Collab Reports);
- Time management;
- Ability and willingness to travel to other Foreign Labs within.
Communications and Relationships:
- Senior Management;
- Line Managers;
- Staff at various levels;
- Staff in other depots/labs;
- Support service.
Education & Qualifications:
- Grade 12;
- Relevant Diploma or Degree (Focus on statistics and analytics also a combination of Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management or Business Information Systems, Finance and Economics).
Required Experience:
- 0 – 1 yr. experience, entry level position, on the job training will be provided, drivers License is essential.
