Full-time OGC Manager

EA- Private Employment Agency is currently recruiting an OGC Manager to be based in Beira.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops plans for the OGC division;
- Access current and future market demands;
- Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and code of integrity;
- Training local inspectors, to enforce OGC strength locally;
- Provide consulting services to local clients in the fields of OGC inspection and testing access their;
- Perception of our services and identify opportunities for further improvement;
- Prepares monthly reports and clients progress reports;
- Evaluate department operations to ensure renewal of strategies to client approach;
- Liaises and provides a good relation with clients;
- Handles administrative issues within the department;
- Controls department records;
- Approves invoices for payments to be effected;
- Through best use of appropriate resources, ensure the quality and performance of Oil, Gas & Chemicals operations;
- Control of other Oil, Gas & Chemicals staff including laboratory staff and sub-contractors;
- Adopt, at all times, a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of company employees in line with company policies and procedures;
- Comply, at all times, with company Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct to support business;
- Implement Quality management system among HR Department;
- Ensure compliance with ISO requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in engineering, preferable chemistry;
- Fluent in Both English and Portuguese;
- 5 years operational/management experience in business activities;
- Quality (ISO) experience or qualification-preferably;
- Chemical background/experience in laboratory services- preferably;
- Knowledge or experience in inspection services- preferably;
- Strong change management capability;
- Systematic with strong work organization capability;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
- Able to adequately represent the companies with confidence;
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy;
- Excellent planning and organizational skills;
- Personal commitment to achieving high performance within the workplace;
- Good problem-solving ability;
