Full-time Sales Manager – Telematics

Cartrack is recruiting a Sales Manager – Telematics for Maputo.
Responsibility:
- The main purpose of the position is to achieve and exceed sales targets by managing the Commercial Relationship Managers (Corporate Sales Representatives) specific area/region;
- Coaching the team towards generating new business, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the RM’s is key to the success of this role;
- Acquire competitor information as well as industry developments and network with potential customers and business partners in an effort to promote Cartrack’s Fleet Management Solution and VAS;
- Achieve CRM targets, utilize the system to enable increased sales outcomes;
- Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales team;
- Prepare monthly forecasts/budgets.
Requirements:
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
- Solution orientated;
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
- Strong business sense and industry expertise;
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills;
- High level of EQ with strong negotiation skills;
- Applied Excel at Intermediate/Advanced Level;
- CRM applied experience.
